All data provided by Spreadspoke, including historical NFL scores, point spreads, over/under lines, and weather data, is intended strictly for research, backtesting, and analytical purposes. Our data is historical in nature and is not intended for live wagering or gambling advice.
2. Subscription & Access
Access to the full historical master dataset is provided via a paid annual subscription. This subscription includes the full 59-year archive and weekly updates throughout the NFL season. Access is provided immediately upon payment via our third-party processor, Gumroad.

Due to the digital nature of our products (direct download CSV files), all sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the data has been accessed or downloaded. You may cancel your annual renewal at any time through your Gumroad account dashboard.
5. Intellectual Property
While the underlying game scores and weather facts are public record, the specific normalization, formatting, and schema of the Spreadspoke "Master CSV" are the property of Spreadspoke. You may use this data for personal or professional models, but redistribution or resale of the raw dataset is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spreadspoke strives for 100% accuracy in our archive, but data is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our data in betting models or strategies.
